Organic, Wild Harvested and Farmed concentrated blend of Essential Aromatic Plant Oils for severe headaches and migraines. May be diluted with your favorite carrier oil or distilled water.
Suggested Use: Rub 2-3 drops into temples and back of neck. Add 2-3 drops to hot or cold cloth (or alternating) and place on painful areas. Place 3 drops in palms, rub hands together and inhale 1 minute as needed.
Contains:
- Bulgarian Rose, a highly prized oil for calming and balancing. Pricey but worth it.
- Basil with antibacterial properties and to support immune system damaged by stress
- Sweet Orange to ease stress
- Rosemary for headache pain

Use of essential oils:
- Inhale: Place 3 drops in palm, rub hands together and inhale 1 minute
- Warm compress: add 3-5 drops to 1 oz carrier oil, rub into area and cover with warm cloth
- Vaporizer: Add 2-3 drops to vaporizer water for use in steam inhalation
- Cold Compress: Use 20 drops on cold cloth applied to affected area
- Diffuse: Add 3-5 drops to a diffuser
- Bath: Add 8-10 drops to bath water and soak
- Spritzer: Add 20 drops to 4 oz distilled water in a spray bottle
- Pillow: Place 2-3 drops on pillow for night inhalation
- Rub: Add 20 drops to 1/2 oz carrier oil and rub into affected areas
- Massage: Add 20 drops to 4 oz carrier oil for a soothing massage
